Fitness (Part-time)

Introduction
Our part time fitness courses offer the students the unique opportunity to complete the qualifications of their choice in a timeframe which best suits their schedule. The part time class is open on weekdays, evenings and on Saturdays, allowing the students the best possible opportunity to complete their qualification successfully.

The International Fitness Academy aims to offer a dynamic training program that is practical and up-to-date with the latest information in exercise science. Our part-time students are also afforded the opportunity to register for the internationally recognised ITEC examinations which will stand them in excellent stead to work abroad.
